I was really pleased to be at Roxy's when all the blossoms were out:-) There's lots of Orchards around the area so it's very pretty at this time of the year

This is a Dogwood tree, we planted 1 in Roxy's garden:-)
The Lilacs were just beautiful, along with their beautiful fragrance

Cuddle time

At Jess and Steve's in Christchurch

We went down in the holidays to have a few days with Jess and Steve:-) We had fun having a look around Christchurch
We went into the container city for a look around. They'd just opened some more of the city up, there were lots of bulldozers and diggers knocking down buildings and removing the rubble!

We went for a bike ride around the city and thru the beautiful Hagley Park

The broken Cathedral

I was interested to see Latimer Square where everyone congregated and the rescue operation happened from

Some of the damaged buildings that haven't been removed yet

You could still see the chairs in place at the theatre
On the rd out to Sumner

Steve was out surfing at this beautiful beach north of Chch

Lew fulfilled a boyhood dream! When he was 17, he wanted to buy a Waterbus but his ma and pa didn't want him too thankfully! Anyway he found one for sale 39 yrs later. When we were down at Jess's, he went and picked it up!

We went out to Lyttleton to have a look at the Saturday Market

We had a drive around the area
